idk, I e'er thought information technology was different than cooking it in a pan, where information technology sits and soaks in the fatty, just then once again, I guess that'due south why they have different options similar broiled, fried, pan-broiled, etc.

    Potent 4 twelvemonth bump.

Nutritional information printed on raw meat packaging is Ever earlier cooking unless otherwise stated. Exist it macros, cals or weight. This is why your 1/four Pounder never weighs 4oz.

Today I bought some 73/27 basis beef, later on cooking exactly 4oz it came out of the pan at around 3.1oz drained. I find it incredibly hard to believe that the meat lost 25% of it's weight and still contains the same macros/cals. Anyone have any insight as I am just speculating?

    73/27 Ground Beefiness (Raw)

    Chol: 80mg
    Sod: 60mg

    Thank yous

Couldnt u just weigh the fat drippings that fall into the foreman'south tray, then subtract those grams of fatty from the raw macros
